How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information for your order. Once your order has shipped, you can quickly access tracking information in the Order History section of your Onie's Place account.
Some orders containing multiple items will ship in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.
Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments.
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don't have my package. What do I do?
Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.
Please note that in some cases we must file a carrier claim and a refund will not be issued until the completion of the carrier investigation.
If your package still hasn’t turned up within 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments. Please note that shipping rates and promotions are subject to change during peak holiday seasons.
For orders heading to the contiguous 48 US states, Onie's Place offers free shipping.
Orders containing items marked "Ships from Vendor" or "only available for Contiguous U.S. shipping" on the product page cannot be expedited. Some vendors may ship with a different carrier than what is listed above.
Huckberry does not offer expedited shipping options for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?
Please note that Non-mainland US territories are not included in our $98 USD free shipping. Shipping fees to these locations will be calculated at checkout.
What carriers do you use?
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery with a specific carrier.
We ship with USPS, UPS, or UPS Surepost for U.S. orders. See here for details.
We cannot ship to post office (PO) boxes at this time. Orders shipped to APO/DPO/FPO addresses will automatically ship with USPS.
All U.S. orders over $750 will be shipped with a signature requirement.
International orders will ship via DHL, UPS Worldwide, or USPS International. Shipments to Canada may ship via UPS or USPS International. If your package has been shipped to Canada via USPS International, final delivery will be completed by Canada Post. We recommend tracking your package on the Canada Post website once it enters Canada.
Some countries outside the U.S. will arrange final delivery with their local carrier once the package clears customs. Please check your local carrier site for additional details if your DHL, UPS, or USPS tracking has stopped.
If you have any special shipping requests: please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery with a specific carrier.
Can you delay shipping my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders for shipment at a later time. If you anticipate that no one will be available to receive the order shortly after it is placed, we suggest waiting to submit your order until a more convenient time for delivery. What countries do you ship to?
At this time, Onie's Place is serving the North American Continent. We plan to be able to ship around the world and will send updates as we grow into our new shoes!
