How do I make a return?
Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, click on Submit a Return Request.
- Log into your account and enter your email address. Click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store and enter the six digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click, “Submit Request”.
- If your return has been approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received, inspected, and meets return criteria, you will receive a refund.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love everything you purchase from Onie’s Place. Please refer to the following guidelines if you need to return your purchase.
- Products are eligible for return within 20 days from delivery date unless otherwise stated as final sale.
Furniture, Decor, Outdoor, and Lighting
- Products must unused, uninstalled, unassembled, is in the same condition that you received it, and it is returned in its original packaging.
- If incorrect product was ordered or you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, a full refund will not be issued (15% restocking fee will apply). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided by us. Items shipped to any other addresses or without RA number will not be considered for a refund and may be returned back to sender.
Clothing and Gear
- Products must be brand new, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and free from damage.
- Products must include original packaging and tags.
Footwear
- Footwear must be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: completely clean and unworn with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. We recommend trying shoes on in the house first to ensure they fit before venturing outside. If we sent your shoebox within a larger box, please send the shoe box inside of that larger box to preserve the shoe box. Any footwear returns that do not include the original undamaged shoebox will not be accepted.
- Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.
Damage and Issues
- You have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items from delivery date of the order it if hasn’t been used, installed, assembled, and it is returned in its original packaging.
- If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts (free of charge), we will return an item and provide a full refund.
- If you decide you so not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
- We will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
- We do not offer returns on products based on damage caused by the user’s error of operation.
- IMPORTANT: Kindly hold on to the original packaging until you inspect the contents! Original packaging is needed in case the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I return a Final Sale Item?
While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale. Final Sale items are clearly marked on:
- The specific product page
- In your shopping cart
- During checkout
- Order confirmation emails
** Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges. If you are questioning whether or not your item is Final Sale, please check the criteria above.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Products
- Underwear and Face Coverings
- Personal Care Goods
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items
Exchanges
- You can exchange items you have purchased within the past 30 days.
- Exchanged items must be brand new, and in unworn and unused condition
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged or they will not qualify
- Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
- The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded using your original method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contacts us at returns@oniesplace.com.
Refunds are processed based on the following timeline:
- Credit Card refunds are processed within 3-15 business days after receiving the refund email (depending on your card issuer). You will not be charged a processing fee.
- Pay Pal refunds take up to 48 hours after you receive the refund email.
- Klarna disperses refunds based on your financial institution, and take up to 14 business days for the funds to show up in your account.
